By chance, I stayed at this hotel again seven years later. No wonder I felt very familiar when I walked in. I went back and looked through old photos and realized it was the same hotel. It can be said that Ctrip’s previous reviews have been deleted. It’s a good hotel and very cost-effective. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this century-old hotel. The hot spring was amazing and my skin felt super shiny afterwards. The meals were delicious and the service was excellent. I felt like the Okami truly understood the meaning of service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again someday.

Nice cosy hotel. The lady who assisted us with the check-in was very polite and helpful, and she tried to speak in our language . Thank you for that. The hot spring is great, especially in cold weather . The rooms are big , clean, and have a view of the lake . Too bad we did not stay longer enough to view the sun setting . Overall , we are happy to be here.
